We’ll start with a meeting to discuss your goals, budget, and property. We’ll then create a custom proposal that includes detailed project timelines.
To secure your design slot, you’ll need to submit the signed contract and complete your invoice payment. Slots are limited and open every two weeks. Once confirmed, we'll guide you through the next steps, including providing property photos and a Matterport scan.
Once we have all the required deliverables to begin the project, we’ll conduct market research to develop strategies focused on optimizing your property’s performance. This process includes identifying the ideal amenities, guest capacity, and overall design strategy.
During this week, we’ll meet to review our proposed strategy and design approach. You’ll then have the weekend prior to the design period to share final feedback and make any necessary adjustments to the plan.
The design period will span two weeks. During this time, our designers will focus on creating design boards, sourcing furniture, décor, and all essential items. While we’ll be less communicative during this phase, it’s because we’re dedicating our attention to finalizing every detail for your review.
On the Monday following the design period, we’ll deliver your design package. If preferred, we can arrange a video meeting to present the designs and product selections for your review.
You’ll have until Wednesday to provide feedback and request any changes. We’ll make the necessary adjustments and send the final revised designs to you by Friday, concluding the project.
