A photorealistic render of each space that provides a detailed preview of the final results. This can assist in securing early bookings during the construction or procurement phases while awaiting item delivery, etc.

Price: $5.00 per square foot. Minimum project fee of $5,000 applies.
The Process

15 Minutes | Prior To Client Onboarding
Discovery Call
We begin with a discovery call to align on your goals, budget, and property. From there, we craft a custom proposal outlining scope and timelines. Once your contract is signed and payment is received, your design slot is secured and we'll walk you through the next steps, including submitting property photos and a Matterport scan.

Week 1-2
Market Research & Strategy
Once all required materials are received, we dive into market research to shape a performance driven strategy for your property—defining ideal amenities, guest capacity, and overall design direction. We'll then meet to review the proposed approach, with time built in for your final feedback before design begins.
03.
Week 3-4
Design & Development
Over a 2 week design phase, our team develops curated design boards and sources all furnishings, décor, and essentials. Communication is intentionally limited during this time so we can stay fully focused on refining every detail for your review.
04.
Week 5 | Project Closeout
Design Presentation
The Monday following the design phase, we deliver your complete design package. If desired, we can walk you through the designs and product selections via video. Feedback is collected through Wednesday, final refinements are completed, and your finalized designs are delivered by Friday—bringing the project to a close.
Design & Project Management

What you receive: Everything in the Virtual Design plan, plus full management of furniture ordering and delivery, on-site installation, property staging, and professional photoshoot coordination.
Price: $12.00 per square foot. Minimum project fee of $5,000 applies.

Week 6-9
Procurement & Project Management
Over the next 4 weeks, we take the lead on sourcing, ordering, and tracking every furniture and design element, while coordinating delivery logistics with you. We'll also manage local contractors, with select work completed during this phase.
06.
Week 10 | Day 1-3 Of Install Week
Furniture Installation
During our on-site week, we'll oversee the furniture and design installation, manage final contracted work, and ensure all cosmetic upgrades are completed.
07.
Week 10 | Day 4 Of Install Week
Staging & Cleaning
To make the space turnkey and photoshoot-ready, we'll decorate, stage, and clean the property, ensuring our design vision is perfectly executed.
08.
Week 10 | Day 5 Of Install Week
Photoshoot
On the final day, we'll oversee the photoshoot to capture every angle of the space and ensure we get that cover-worthy shot.
