The project encompasses the design of multiple guest units, along with the lobby, restaurant, and an intimate speakeasy. Each unit was thoughtfully curated to be entirely unique, offering generous layouts and high-impact amenities such as private movie theaters, golf simulators, karaoke rooms, and dedicated “get-ready” stations, allowing guests to seamlessly transition from day to night.

Layered lighting, rich materials, and statement moments throughout the property creates an environment that feels both moody and electric, balancing luxury with edge. Tailored for adult travelers and private events, this boutique hotel redefines hospitality by merging experiential design with nightlife culture, positioning the property as a standout destination within Nashville’s vibrant urban scene.
